Introducing Canebrake The Cast Away - AKA "Wilson". He's my 7 month old brother (the one that ate the book). Wilson is named after the movie "The Cast Away" with Tom Hanks. I wish he was on an island!!
Mom came home last night to find Wilson's eye nearly swollen shut along with his nose. Looks like he got into a tangle with a wasp or bee and they won. Mom called our friend the vet and he took some medicine and is back to his normal annoying self today....sigh...I keep telling myself he will grow up soon and really he is a pretty good puppy considering...

His poor face was REALLY swollen. I was worried about him but vet assured me he would be okay. He is back to normal and doing well. As you can see from the photo, he is the sweetest, kindest puppy...just gets on Henry's nerves...Have a great day! Henry's Mom...

I bet it didn't slow him down for long!!! But ooooooh it looks terrible.. poor guy.
